GUA SHA:
If you are familiar with Gua Sha, drag your facial stone gently in upward and outward motions across the cheeks, jaw line, forehead, brows, and neck in repetitions of about 10x per side. Don't forget to gently drag your tool down the entire neck towards the right collar bone to promote lymphatic drainage. If you prefer, you can add a single pump of Dirt Magnet to your neck, which contains a lymphatic oil made from fresh Calendula flowers. No need to rinse afterwards :)
